Product Overview

Our liquid cold plate is a high-performance thermal management solution specially designed for electric vehicle power battery packs. Using advanced stamping and vacuum brazing technology, it provides efficient, uniform cooling to maintain batteries within their optimal temperature range, effectively extending battery life, improving charging efficiency, and ensuring safe and stable operation under various working conditions.

Made of high-quality aluminum alloy, the liquid cold plate features excellent thermal conductivity, lightweight structure, and high pressure resistance. Each product undergoes strict helium leak testing to ensure zero leakage and long-term reliability. With customizable flow channels, dimensions, and interface designs, it can be flexibly integrated into different battery pack layouts.
